INDUSTRIES
Industries we serve

Aerospace
A minor surface defect is unacceptable in flight. We peen, deburr and wash parts like landing gear and deicing components to strict airworthiness requirements.

Automotive
IATF 16949-certified finishing for mass-produced parts: we round edges on cam shafts, clutch plates and cylinder heads to prevent wear and failures.

Defense
Registered with Canada's Controlled Goods Program, we remove hazardous sharp edges and strengthen mission-critical hardware.

Medical
Microscopic burrs on surgical components can damage tissue. We deburr, peen, clean and polish implants and instruments to flawless surfaces.

Electric vehicles
We round exposed edges on battery enclosures, thermal interfaces and charging parts, protecting electrical isolation and seals.

Agriculture
Farm machinery faces abrasive dust and weather. We deburr gears, blades and hydraulic shafts and protect them against corrosion.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most from manufacturers.
Yes. Vibra Finish holds Nadcap accreditation for shot peening and is certified to AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Parts and media go into a vibrating bowl or tub, and the vibration makes the media scrub every part like thousands of small files. It deburrs, smooths, cleans or polishes a whole batch evenly without relying on operator skill.
Ceramic media for heavy cutting on steel and stainless; plastic media for aluminum, brass and pre-plate finishing; steel media to burnish with a bright finish that lasts indefinitely.
